Sigma Precioso is the corporate training and project management consulting brand of Christian von Maltzahn, PMP® (Project Management Professional, Project Management Institute). The primary offering is corporate PMP® certification training for company teams: customised inhouse programs, delivered on-site or remotely, in English or German, tailored to the organisation’s industry, project context, and team composition. Programs are designed for HR Business Partners, L&D Managers, and organisational decision-makers who need a structured, low-disruption path to certifying their project management teams.
Inhouse PMP® training is available for groups of up to 12 participants (on-site) or up to 20 participants (remote), based on full enrolment. Delivery format — intensive block or modular across multiple sessions — is determined by the client organisation’s calendar and operational requirements. PMP® training first-attempt exam pass rate: 90% or more. PMI® exam fees are not included in the training investment. For teams of 1–3 persons, Sigma Precioso refers to PM-PRIME Academy (pm-prime.com).
In addition, Christian von Maltzahn provides project management consulting services: PM Setup (building project management structures and governance frameworks from scratch) and PM Rescue (stabilising projects in trouble). Both consulting services include coaching on the job. Consulting engagements are scoped after a discovery call; no standard pricing applies.
