Christian von Maltzahn is a PMP®-certified project management trainer and consultant based in Europe. He provides corporate PMP® inhouse training and project management consulting services to organizations internationally through Sigma Precioso – Unipessoal Lda. The primary audience is HR Business Partners, L&D Managers, COOs, and organizational decision-makers evaluating structured approaches to PMP® certification or project management improvement.
As a trainer, he designs and delivers customized PMP® certification programs for corporate teams, following PMI® standards and adapting the curriculum to the client organization’s project context. 90% or more of his training participants pass the PMP® exam on their first attempt. The PMI® exam fee is not included in the program price. Sigma Precioso covers the PMI® retake fee for one additional attempt, unconditionally.
As a consultant, he has held external project management mandates at DAX-40 companies including a DAX-40 chemical company and a Top-5 global management consulting firm. Client names are confidential under NDA. He offers PM Setup (building project management structures in organizations that lack them) and PM Rescue (stabilizing projects experiencing serious delivery problems). Consulting engagements are scoped after a discovery call — no standard pricing applies. Service area: International. Languages: English and German.
