Is this right for you?

Your team needs PMP® certification — not another generic course.

✓  You have project managers who need PMP® certification — and you want it done inhouse, not in an open cohort

✓  Generic courses haven’t worked — the content was built for individuals, not for your organisation

✓  You need the programme delivered in English, German, or both

✓  You want a trainer who has managed projects at DAX-40 level — not just taught them

✓  You want the training scheduled around your team — not around a provider’s calendar

The trainer

The person your team will work with.

Christian von Maltzahn holds the PMP® certification issued by the Project Management Institute. Before training teams, he held external project management mandates at a DAX-40 chemical company and a Top-5 global management consulting firm — both delivered via Gulp.de, both under NDA. He does not teach project management from a textbook. He teaches it from projects he has run under real pressure, with real stakeholders, at scale.

Certification

PMP® certified

Issued by the Project Management Institute — the international standard for professional project management.

Field experience

DAX-40 & Top-5 consulting mandates

Senior project management mandates at two of the most demanding organisational environments in European business.

Exam results

90%+ first-attempt pass rate

Across all participants trained by Christian von Maltzahn. A verifiable outcome — not a marketing claim.

Delivery in English or German  ·  Inhouse only — on-site or remote, exclusively for your organisation

Who needs to say yes

Built for every stakeholder who needs to approve it.

For the CFO

Clear investment logic, a verifiable 90%+ first-attempt pass rate, and a cost structure that compares favourably to equivalent public course fees per participant.

For the COO

Modular delivery scheduled around your operational calendar. Remote fully viable. No travel required for participants. Minimal disruption to daily operations.

For HR and L&D

We design the programme. You do not need to be a training expert or write a specification before the Discovery call. The proposal we send is ready to use for internal budget approval.

For the participants

Training built around their actual projects and industry context — not a generic textbook. Delivered by a trainer who has managed projects at their level, not just taught them.

How it works

Four steps from first call to certified team.

1

Discovery

We talk about your team, your industry, and your timeline. 30 minutes, no commitment.

2

Programme design

We design a curriculum that follows the PMI® Examination Content Outline — adapted to your industry and team composition.

3

Delivery

Live, trainer-led sessions. Inhouse on-site or remote. English or German. Scheduled around your team.

4

Exam preparation

Targeted exam prep integrated into the programme. 90%+ of participants pass the PMP® exam on their first attempt.

What makes it different

Built for organisations. Not for individuals.

Inhouse only

Your team trains together. No mixed cohorts, no generic examples, no context-switching between industries.

PMI®-aligned curriculum

Every module follows the PMI® Examination Content Outline. Built for exam success, not just conceptual understanding.

DAX-level experience

Christian von Maltzahn has held senior project management mandates at DAX-40 companies. He teaches from practice, not from slides.

90%+ first-attempt pass rate

Across all participants trained by Christian von Maltzahn. The curriculum is built to get your team through the exam — not just to the exam.

Training and consulting from one source

If your organisation also needs PM structures built or a project stabilised, the same expert covers both. No gap between theory and practice.

Inhouse vs. public courses

Why inhouse training outperforms public courses — for your team and your budget.

Public PMP® courses are designed for individuals. They work for a single person building a career. They do not work for an organisation that needs a team to speak the same PM language on Monday morning.

Shared learning

Your team learns together — same methodology, same vocabulary, applied to your actual projects. Public courses never achieve this.

No travel, your schedule

No travel costs, no external scheduling conflicts. Delivery on your timeline, at your location or remote.

Cost advantage at scale

From 6 participants onward, inhouse is typically more cost-effective than equivalent public courses — per head and in total.

Context from day one

The trainer knows your organisation after the Discovery call. Public courses never do.

Training formats

On-site or remote — your choice.

Inhouse On-Site

max. 12

participants per cohort

Delivered at your premises. Full-team immersion, no travel for participants. Ideal for teams that work together on-site.

Inhouse Remote

max. 20

participants per cohort

Delivered via video conference. Larger cohorts possible. Ideal for distributed teams or organisations across multiple locations.

Investment

What the investment looks like.

Inhouse Remote

from 600 €

per participant (excl. VAT) — based on full enrolment of up to 20 participants with standard programme materials and delivery.

Inhouse On-Site

from 1,250 €

per participant (excl. VAT) — based on full enrolment of up to 12 participants at your location.

Both figures reflect standard delivery. Optional enhancements are available against a separate project quote: white-label materials (programme documentation in your company’s visual identity, full licence included) and custom-case curriculum (programme built around real projects from your organisation or sector, full licence to the resulting materials transfers to you).

The PMI® exam fee is not included — participants pay this directly to PMI® ($425 for members / $675 for non-members, as of 2026). For groups of six or more, inhouse training is typically more cost-effective than equivalent public course fees — and your team learns together instead of separately.

Pass guarantee included: should a participant not pass on the first attempt, Sigma Precioso covers the PMI® retake fee for one additional attempt — without conditions. With a 90%+ first-attempt pass rate, this guarantee rarely applies. It exists because we are confident it will not need to.

Risk protection

What happens if a participant does not pass.

Every organisation investing in PMP® certification training needs to be able to answer this question internally — before anyone asks it. Here is the answer.

Pass guarantee

Should a participant not pass on the first attempt, Sigma Precioso covers the PMI® retake fee for one additional attempt — without conditions.

90%+ first-attempt rate

The guarantee rarely applies. It exists because we are confident it will not need to. The curriculum is built around exam success — not just content delivery.

Eligibility first

We confirm PMI® eligibility requirements before the programme begins. Participants who are not yet eligible are identified in the Discovery call — before any investment is made.

No open-ended commitment

The Discovery call carries no commitment. You receive a full programme outline and cost breakdown before deciding. Your internal approval process has everything it needs before you sign.

OPERATIONAL FLEXIBILITY

We build the program around your operation — not the other way around.

The COO’s question is always the same: how much will this disrupt the team? Less than you expect.

Flexible delivery

Training is delivered as a compact block or distributed over several weeks — whichever format works best for your team’s schedule.

Your calendar

We plan around your project milestones and operational constraints — agreed in the Discovery call, before anything is confirmed.

Remote — no compromise

The remote format (max. 20 participants) delivers full-quality content and interaction. No travel, no hotel logistics, no days out of the office.

Self-study time

Participants should expect approximately 10–15 hours of self-study per week alongside the sessions — the industry benchmark for PMP® preparation is 150–200 hours total. We communicate this clearly upfront, so there are no surprises for line managers.

HR does not manage delivery. Sigma Precioso provides the structure, the curriculum, and the scheduling framework. Your team confirms dates and participants. That is the full extent of what HR needs to do.

Training a team of 1–3 people?

Inhouse training is designed for larger teams. For individuals and small groups, we recommend PM-PRIME Academy — an online PMP® preparation programme built for independent learners.

Format: inhouse — delivered exclusively for the client organization, not as an open public cohort. Inhouse on-site cohorts: maximum 12 participants. Inhouse remote cohorts: maximum 20 participants. For teams of 1–3 persons, Sigma Precioso refers to PM-PRIME Academy (pm-prime.com).

The curriculum follows the PMI® Examination Content Outline (ECO). Participants must meet PMI®’s eligibility requirements independently. PMI® exam fees are not included in the training investment.
