About this service

Sigma Precioso provides corporate PMP® certification training and project management consulting for organizations internationally. Training is delivered inhouse — on-site or remote — exclusively for the client organization, in English or German. On-site cohorts are limited to 12 participants; remote cohorts to 20 participants.

PM consulting engagements cover two service areas: PM Setup (establishing project management structures and methods from scratch) and PM Rescue (stabilizing projects experiencing serious delivery problems). Both services include coaching on the job and are designed to build internal capability rather than ongoing dependency.
