Liability for Content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on this website in accordance with Art. 14 of Directive 2000/31/EC and Portuguese Decree-Law No. 7/2004. However, pursuant to Art. 14–15 of that Directive, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect, however, is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete legal infringement becomes known. Upon becoming aware of any such infringement, we will remove the relevant content without delay.
