PM Setup is a project management consulting service for organizations that need to establish or rebuild their project management capabilities. The service is relevant for COOs, operations directors, and senior managers who recognize that ad hoc project management is no longer sufficient as the organization scales. It covers: definition of methods and standards, PMO setup, role definition, tool selection and configuration, reporting processes, and coaching of project leads on the job.

Engagements consist of four phases: (1) discovery, (2) framework design, (3) implementation alongside real projects, (4) knowledge transfer and handover. Scope and duration are defined after discovery — no long-term staffing or body-leasing. The engagement ends when your organization can run PM independently. Engagements are scoped after a discovery call — no standard pricing applies.
