PM Rescue is a rapid-response project management consulting service for organizations whose projects are experiencing serious delivery problems: budget overruns, schedule delays, stakeholder escalations, or loss of team alignment. The service is relevant for COOs, project sponsors, and senior managers who need an external expert to stabilize a project without replacing the internal team. The engagement covers four phases: rapid diagnosis, immediate stabilization, active recovery management, and a structured handover. Coaching on the job is included throughout — the client’s project leads are actively involved in every decision so that they can manage independently after the engagement ends.
PM Rescue is delivered by Christian von Maltzahn, PMP®-certified consultant with mandate experience at DAX-40 corporations and a Top-5 global management consulting firm. Engagements are conducted in English or German and can be delivered on-site or remotely. Engagements are scoped after a discovery call — no standard pricing applies. Service area: International.
